There is no pre-booked block of hotel rooms. Organizations and groups must make their own arrangements. You can view the travel information page for ideas, and join the Facebook group to connect with others.
A full schedule will be provided within two weeks of the event; but a basic plan is as follows:
Thursday, July 25 – After the TAA’s Tomiki Sensei Memorial Workshops concludes, the WSAF event will begin with a reception in the Mesa College Commons at 6:00pm.
Friday, July 26 – Junior/Youth elimination events in the morning; Adult competition in the afternoon
Saturday, July 27 – Junior/Youth final events in the morning; Adult competition in the afternoon
Sunday – Final Adult competition morning and afternoon; Awards banquet in the evening
