The following is from Paul Bonnett of the Sussex Aikido Club:
Great news! The 2017 WASF World Championships organising committee have kindly given their permission for the seminar hosted by Sussex Aikido to be held at Sports Dock (University of East London) to ensure the maximum number of attendees can participate during the international gathering in London. A revised poster with the new venue (the WSAF Competition venue) is attached.
This means we can accommodate up to c.200 people so all those previously ‘pending’ are now confirmed.
If you have not already contacted me to register, please ensure you write to me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to register for the seminar. I need your name, club and your grade please.
Please advise your club members so they can register. If you/they are unsure if already booked, please get in touch and I will confirm with you.
We have decided to accept payment in advance as collecting cash on the day will be a burden. The cost will be £30 per head for the whole day. We will confirm the details of the Sussex Ittaikan Aikido bank account to send funds to very shortly.
SENIOR SHODOKAN GRADING
Prior to the seminar, at 8am, there will be a senior grading for yondan level and above. Should you wish to participate, Sakai sensei has asked that you please register with him: email@example.com
Any queries, please get in touch.
Please disseminate this to all your members.
Looking forward to seeing you on the mat.
