Over the weekend of February 17-18, Mesa College Tomiki Aikido and Tomiki Aikido of Raleigh hosted simultaneous seminars. Training focused on the differences between various kata sets, competition participation, and self-defense concepts. Robert Dziubla Shihan led training in California, while North Carolina was under the tutelage of no less than three sensei: Bob King, Ari Reinstein, and Jeff Davidson. A big “thank you!” to all those who traveled to these events. 2024 is off to a strong start!
